Supply and install 2mm Polyflor Camaro PUR heterogeneous laminated construction vinyl planks/tiles with PUR polyurethane reinforcement cross linked and UV cured surface treatment, manufactured in accordance with ISO 10582 (EN 649) and installed with a Polyflor recommended adhesive which has been spread using an A2 notched trowel on a previously prepared Class 1 subfloor in accordance with SANS 10070, using a Polyflor recommended self-leveller and moisture barrier when required, including cutting and waste, rolling the installed planks/tiles in both directions with a 68kg three-sectional roller immediately after it has been laid into the adhesive, joints must be butted joined, available from Polyflor (011) 609 3500.

Comprehensive Specification

Supply and install Camaro PUR flexible PVC tile and plank flooring in 2.0mm thickness, it shall have the following laminated construction: circa 0.3mm clear PVC wear layer, and circa 0.07mm print film layer, and circa 1.63mm backing ply, the flooring shall feature a high quality, cross-linked polyurethane reinforcement to provide superior cleaning benefits, life cycle maintenance savings and optimum appearance retention, in accordance with EN 649/EN ISO 10582, the in-use classification must be at least 23/31 as described in EN 685/EN ISO 10874: i.e. domestic areas with heavy use; commercial areas with low or intermittent use, in respect of flame spread, the flooring shall have been fully tested to EN 13501-1 and certified as having Class Bfl-S1, achieving the criteria EN AS 9239-1 ≥8kw/m2 and the mandatory requirement of EN ISO 11925-2 pass, the product is classed as DS (dry slip) when tested to EN 13983. It also achieves an R10 rating when tested to DIN 51130 and AS/NZS 4586, for LVT flooring with sustainable wet slip resistance, refer to Expona Control PUR or the Polysafe ranges, the product’s weight should not be more than 3600g/m2, in respect of light fastness, the flooring shall have been fully tested to ISO 105-B02 Method 3 as having a pass to ≥6
