Frosty Glen Vinyl Flooring 6005

Frosty Glen Vinyl Flooring from the OHMega EC range OHMega EC has been engineered to meet the latest international standards for ESD protection floorcoverings. Available in sheet format, OHMega EC is available in contemporary but practical shades with a non-directional design.

Description

Overview

The OHMega EC range has been specifically engineered to combat electrostatic discharge at source by facilitating a uniform flow of static electricity directly to ground point. Thus ensuring the protection of electronic equipment, components and people against electro-static discharge risks.

Polyflor OhMega Electrostatic Conductive flooring meets the charge generation limit required according to the Human Body Model (HBM) when tested to BS EN/IEC 61340-4-5.

Available in 5 contemporary shades with a non-directional design, OHMega EC floorcoverings are homogeneous in construction, ensuring that the properties are present throughout the product, guaranteeing a consistent and effective appearance and performance.

OHMega EC (as an homogeneous vinyl flooring manufactured in Europe) achieves generic BRE A+ rating. It is 100% recyclable and contains 25% recycled material.

BoQ Specification

Supply and install OHMega EC flexible PVC sheet flooring with electrostatic conductive properties in 2.0mm thickness, homogeneous and monolayer in construction with a conductive varnish, the electrostatic conductive properties must be present throughout the full product thickness, the flooring shall conform fully with the requirements of EN 649 / EN 10581 and ASTM F1913, earthed to a minumum of two ground points, and installed with a Polyflor recommended conductive adhesive which has been spread using an A2 notched trowel on a previously prepared Class 1 subfloor in accordance with SANS 10070, using a Polyflor recommended self-leveller and moisture barrier when required, including cutting and waste, rolling the installed planks/tiles in both directions with a 68kg three-sectional roller immediately after it has been laid into the adhesive, joints must be butted joined, available from Polyflor (011) 609 3500.
