Daybreak Vinyl Flooring 5820

Daybreak Vinyl Flooring from the Finesse SD range has been engineered for use where static control is required, but the resistance level of the floor does not need to be as low as that provided by a conductive floor.

Description

Overview

The Polyflor ESD range has been specifically engineered to combat electrostatic discharge at source by facilitating a uniform flow of static electricity directly to ground point.

All Polyflor ESD floorcoverings are homogeneous in construction, to ensure that these properties are present throughout the product, guaranteeing a consistent and effective appearance and performance.

Homogeneous vinyl flooring manufactured in Europe achieves A+ BRE rating. Polyflor ESD is 100% recyclable and contains 25% recycled material.

Polyflor Static Dissipative products are engineered for use where static control is required.

BoQ Specification

Supply and install install Polyflor Finesse SD flexible PVC sheet flooring with static dissipative properties in 2.0mm thickness, it shall be homogeneous and monolayer in construction, the static dissipative properties must be present throughout the full product thickness, the flooring shall conform fully with the requirements of EN 649, earthed to a minumum of two ground points, and installed with a Polyflor recommended conductive adhesive which has been spread using an A2 notched trowel on a previously prepared Class 1 subfloor in accordance with SANS 10070, using a Polyflor recommended self-leveller and moisture barrier when required, including cutting and waste, rolling the installed planks/tiles in both directions with a 68kg three-sectional roller immediately after it has been laid into the adhesive, joints must be butted joined, available from Polyflor (011) 609 3500.
