Supply and install 2.00mm x 2.00m Polyflor Polysafe Apex Group T flexible heavy duty safety flooring incorporating quartz, aluminium oxide, silicon carbide particles and recycled natural aggregates to improve traction and safety underfoot to impart enhanced slip resistance, the flooring shall feature a high quality, cross-linked polyurethane reinforcement to provide superior cleaning benefits and installed with Polyflor recommended adhesive which has been spread using an A2 notched trowel on a previously prepared Class 1 subfloor in accordance with SANS 10070, using a Polyflor recommended self-leveller and moisture barrier when required, including all cutting and waste, rolling the installed sheeting in both directions with a 68kg three-sectional roller immediately after it has been laid into the adhesive, joints must be butted, U-shape grooved and heat welded using Polyflor’s matching welding rod ensuring that the welding rod bonds to more than 2/3rds of the sheet in thickness, available from Polyflor (011) 609 3500.

Supply and install 2.50mm thick x 2.00m wide Polysafe Apex Group T flexible heavy duty safety flooring Incorporating quartz, aluminium oxide, silicon carbide particles and recycled natural aggregates to improve traction and safety underfoot, for optimum appearance retention and life cycle maintenance cost savings of up to 60%, obtains a R12/ ≥36 (Pendulum wet test – 4S Rubber/Slider 96),conforms to EN 13845 50,000 cycles abrasion test, manufactured in accordance with EN 649/ISO 10581 and laid in Polyflor approved acrylic adhesive which has been spread using an A2 notched trowel on a previously prepared Class 1 sub-floor with a 50mm below surface drilled moisture content reading of 75% RH in accordance with SANS 10070, using Polyflor approved self-levelling screed when required, including all cutting and waste, rolled in both directions with an articulated 68kg three-sectional roller immediately after it has been laid into the adhesive, joins must be butted, U-shape grooved 2/3rds thickness of the sheet and heat welded using the manufacturer’s welding rod, maintenance according to the manufacturers PUR maintenance programme.
