Overview
The Affinity255 collection of wood effect luxury vinyl tiles is specifically designed for a wide range of heavy commercial interiors. The rustic and contemporary timber designs are ideal for education, healthcare, office, retail and leisure sectors, developed and presented in a practical, resilient and hygienic product construction.
The innovative new 2mm gauge allows Affinity255 to be installed alongside 2mm vinyl sheet flooring, providing a seamless flooring solution that flows throughout any commercial installation.
To further enhance the floorcovering, Affinity255 features a high quality, cross-linked polyurethane reinforcement (PUR) providing a low cost, polish-free maintenance regime.
Affinity255 is 100% recyclable and achieves BRE A+ certification for major use areas based on a life cycle analysis approach over a building life of 60 years. All these qualities make the collection environmentally preferable whilst meeting decorative, practical, budgetary and maintenance objectives.

Supply and install Affinity 255 PUR, flexible PVC tile and plank flooring in 2.0mm thickness, it shall have the following laminated construction: circa 0.55mm clear PVC wear layer, circa 0.07mm print film layer and circa 1.63mm backing ply with PUR polyurethane reinforcement cross linked and UV cured surface treatment, manufactured in accordance with ISO 10582 (EN 649) and installed with a Polyflor recommended adhesive which has been spread using an A2 notched trowel on a previously prepared Class 1 subfloor in accordance with SANS 10070, using a Polyflor recommended self-leveller and moisture barrier when required, including cutting and waste, rolling the installed planks/tiles in both directions with a 68kg three-sectional roller immediately after it has been laid into the adhesive, joints must be butted joined, available from Polyflor (011) 609 3500.

Comprehensive Specification
Supply and install Affinity 255 PUR, flexible PVC tile and plank flooring in 2.0mm thickness, it shall have the following laminated construction: circa 0.55mm clear PVC wear layer, circa 0.07mm print film layer and circa 1.63mm backing ply, the flooring shall feature a high quality, cross-linked polyurethane reinforcement to provide superior cleaning benefits, life cycle maintenance savings and optimum appearance retention, in accordance with EN ISO 10582, the in-use classification must be at least 23/33/42, as defined in EN ISO 10874: i.e. heavy commercial areas, in respect of flame spread, the flooring shall have been fully tested to EN 13501-1 and certified as having Class Bfl-S1, achieving the criteria EN AS 9239-1 ≥8kw/m2 and the mandatory requirement of EN ISO 11925-2 pass, the product is classed DS (dry slip) when tested to EN 13893. It also achieves an R10 rating when tested to DIN 51130, For safety flooring with sustainable wet slip resistance, refer to Expona Control PUR or the Polysafe ranges, the product’s weight should not be more than 2,964g/m2, in respect of light fastness, the flooring shall have been fully tested to ISO 105-B02 Method 3 as having a pass to ≥
