Polyflor XL Standard – 2.5mm x 2m wide, monolayer homogeneous, fully flexible, vinyl sheeting flooring, with a vinyl content of approximately 50%, a weight not greater than 4200g per m2, and a valid G5ws BBA certification

Sheeting to be installed with Polyflor MC18d Set in Skirting:
Supply and install skirting in one continuous length, including mitred and hot knifed internal and external joints to include as few “joins” as possible.

Install according to manufacturer’s instructions with a suitably approved adhesive for the substrate, to which the product will be installed.
All sheets must be overlapped and scribed, to obtain the correct butt join for welding.

All joins to be grooved, prior to welding.
All welds must be double cut. The first cut must be done using a skid plate to achieve secure welds, and finished by glazing with a speed nozzle attachment, so as to obtain a smooth finish.
The installation must be rolled with a 68kg, 3-part roller. A moisture test should always be done according to the manufacturer’s recommendation, prior to starting installation.

Maintenance should then be specifically as per manufacturer’s instructions, as described in the Polyflor Technical Bulletin.
